I don't know what bodywork I have, can you help?
Yes we can. Simply email us photos of your kart and we can identify what plastics you have. Alternatively if you are purchasing a standard kit through the site you can upload your photos during the order process and we will ensure the stickers fit.
How do I order a custom sticker kit?
Send us an initial enquiry via email or the contact form to get the ball rolling on a custom designed sticker kit. If you have any ideas ready in hand feel free to let us know what these are, these will be the basis that your kit will be designed from.
Essential information we will need from you will include the following:
- The bodywork or kart you require the stickers to fit (We can help you identify this if you are unsure)
- A colour scheme
- Any logos, names, numbers or sponsors required
- If you wish to have any special colours
- When you require the kits
If you are stuck for ideas, do not worry. Online we have a large range of completed work and pre-made designs which can be used as inspiration towards you new custom kit. If you wish to give us free reign on a design we are more than happy to supply you with a couple of colour options etc.
Once I have paid my design fee what is the next step?
The steps to getting your custom kit are as follows:
- initial invoice for your design work.
- Once we have received your payment for your design and we have all the relevant information regarding your ideas etc. your design will be scheduled into the system. One of our design team will then generate a visual for you and deal with any amendments that are needed until the design is signed off.
- When you have signed off the artwork with the design team an office staff member will contact you again to take your order, we will then invoice you again for the prints and chosen delivery method.
- Once payment is received for the order this will go into production at our earliest opportunity.
- We will ship your order via the chosen delivery method and email you the tracking number (if applicable)
Dependent on the time of year lead times on custom designs can vary, if you need the kit for a particular date be sure to mention this and if possible we will accommodate.
Can I order a custom kit I have seen on your site?
No. Custom kits are exclusive to each customer, you will pay a 1 off design fee for a custom kit and we will then only sell this design to yourself. So photos of customer kits you have seen on our site will not be for resale, however we can of course take elements/ideas from kits you like but it won't be a direct copy.
Can I design my sticker kit and JakeDesigns print it?
Yes. We require all artwork in a vector format, logos must be embedded and all fonts must be expanded. Upon sight of your artwork we will send you a quote to produce your stickers.
Can you design my sticker kit and I print it elsewhere?
No, this is not a service we offer. All designs remain the property of JakeDesigns and no vector artwork will be sent out directly to the client. Any design fee's you pay are purely for the service and do not offer any ownership to the designs produced.
How long will my order take to ship?
Standard items ordered through the site are made to order but are usually shipped within 3-5 working days, custom kits can take a little longer and will vary dependent on the time of year, for this type of order we will advise a lead time via email.
How will my order be shipped?
If you are UK Based once your order is ready to ship it will be sent via Courier on a next day service, smaller items will be sent with Royal Mail 1st class.
For order outside the UK these will be sent via various couriers dependent on your location. If you need your order by a particular date please contact us and we will check what delivery options we have available to your location.
